As Co-Executive Director of the Nortwest Cooperative Development Center, I serve people in the Pacific Northwest who seek to take ownership of their economy through the cooperative enterprise model, specifically through worker ownership and converting existing businesses into cooperatives. This work helps build strong and resilient local economies while providing workers with dignified and meaningful work and a better work-life balance. I also serve as the Vice-Chair of the Washington State Employee Ownership Commission and the Washington State Center for Employee Ownership.
