For 25+ years, Dr. Silva has been working with mission driven organizations to pursue educational and advocacy related initiatives. She has served as a
community volunteer and organizer with the Sierra Club and has also worked with nonprofits as a grant administrator and project manager. She founded CPIN in 2020 and is Chief Executive Officer (CEO).
